What is a limited-benefit health plan?
Starbridge limited-benefit health plans provide coverage for everyday medical expenses and can help you plan for unexpected expenses due to illnesses and accidents. They are not major medical plans.

Who is eligible?
All contract employees are eligible.

When may I enroll?
Within 31 days of eligibility, or during the company's "Open Enrollment" period. It may not be necessary to wait until the next Open Enrollment period if you qualify as a "Special Enrollee".

When will my coverage begin?
Contract employees will be effective for coverage the first of the month following thier date of hire.
